Why this exists
Wellness Decoded started because the women in our circle kept asking the same question — "does this actually work, or is it just being marketed at me?" Sponsored content made every product sound life-changing. The reality, hidden in Reddit threads and 90-day TikTok follow-ups, was much more honest. So we started collecting it in one place.
How we vet
Every product on this site has to clear three bars: at least 100 verified reviews, evidence of 3+ months of real use, and consistent signal across multiple sources — Reddit, TikTok, and Amazon must all align. If those don't agree, the product doesn't make the list.
What we are (and aren't)
We are not doctors. We are researchers and writers who take this seriously. Every claim on this site links to its source — clinical study, Reddit thread, or verified purchase — so you can check our work.
On affiliate links
Yes, we use affiliate links. They pay for the time spent reading thousands of reviews. They never change which products make our lists — every pick is decided before any link is added, and we'd rather link nothing than recommend something we don't trust.
